The sunrise is amazing. I’m watching the mornings from 5-6am. Flocks of birds punctuate the morning Sunrise break. On view is side one of the two-sided piece. Brilliant reds are the best to absorb during the early mornings.
Colors shape The way we interact with the world around us. The psychological Association with certain colors makes us feel and act a certain way. We associate negative and positive feelings with certain colors, which shapes how we view the world. So, it makes sense that the energetic and spiritual realm also associate meaning to colors according to its vibration.
So, what does the color red mean spiritually? The spiritual representation of red is power, energy, vitality, dominance, action, assertion, creation, survival and passion. When a spiritual sign appears in your life that is red, it usually represents that you are ready to take action on a new goal or project that you have been putting off. The spiritual message is “have courage to take action, and will take care of the rest.”
The spiritual realm loves to give signs in the form of colors and symbols, and red is a color that they love to play with. Red admits a vibration that makes you want to take action or makes you feel powerful. It catches the eye and makes you pay attention. Spirit loves the color red because you notice it and are more likely to take action. The color red is the longest on the visible light spectrum, and because it is the most visible to our eye that means it is strongest in the physical Realm. Because it is so physical, it is actually the most difficult energy for the spiritual realm to rest. This is why spirit will send symbols with red attached to objects with a high spiritual vibration. The color red is trying to pull you into the present moment and get out of your head, where we are often thinking of the past or the future. We cannot take action on things that have happened in the past, and we cannot live in the future. The only time we have total control over our lives is when we are fully living in the present moment. Red is also a color that can give you the feeling of safety and security in your environment. It is the color of the root chakra, which makes us feel grounded in our realities. If you are seeing a lot of red after a period of environmental change, it may be a sign that things are happening below the surface to build a secure foundation up once again.

The Peach Blossom Spring was a fable written by Tao Yuanming in 421 about a chance discovery of an ethereal utopia where the people lead an ideal existence in harmony with nature unaware of the outside world for centuries.
Tao Yuanming Lived during a time of political instability and national disunity. The story describes how a fisherman haphazardly sailed into a stream in a forest made up entirely of Blossoming peach tree‘s, where even the ground was covered by peach petals. When he reached the end of the stream he found a grotto. Though narrow at first he was able to squeeze through and the passage eventually reached a hidden village.
The villagers were surprised to see him, but we’re kind and friendly. They explained that her ancestors escaped to this place during the civil unrest of the Qin Dynasty (221-206 BC), And they themselves have not left since or had contact with anyone from the outside. As a result, they had heard nothing of subsequent changes in political regimes.
The fisherman was warmly received by the hospitable villagers and stayed for over a week upon leaving he was informed that it was worthless to reveal this experience to the outside world. However, he marked his route on his way out with signs and later divulge the existence of this idyllic haven to others. They tried to find it repeatedly but in vain.

There’s a lot to do as an artist. Today is a beautiful day and there’s wood to be cut and trees to trim. This time of year the scrub oak needs to be cut down and the dead branches trimmed and debris hauled away. I am having a blast with the chainsaw and the small branches. It is starting to smell like spring in the air. The birds are starting to return. March is a great time of year in Southern Colorado.
