The sun shines on and on here in southern Colorado. We are so fortunate to live in The sunniest spot with the best solar gain recording 320 days a year of brilliance and generous light. We are powering over 7,000 square feet with the sunshine! It’s Funny, on the day we installed the panels it’s partly cloudy. It is a nice winter here in January with the balmy 60 degrees outside. Perfect day to be on the rooftop.

The inside equipment—inverter, battery, and water heater and other power equipment will be online soon. Soon the long green extension cord from the main house will be unplugged! It’s exciting to see the progress and realize that the studio will be On its own independently power soon. Thank you sunshine for the free energy and zero utility costs.
