Thankfulness and Progress

It’s that time of year for thanks and to acknowledge progress. I have plenty of room in the studio for large scale painting. The Beacon is progressing nicely. Climbing ladders to reach the 8’x4’x4’ painting is positively amazing perspective. Thus far I have accomplished 40 layers of varnish and pigments on the fiberglass substrate. The illumination is becoming stronger with every layer of color and light. I am so grateful for the Colorado morning sunshine and wonderful colors. The sunrise is at 5:30am now Reflecting brilliance and radiance. It’s wonderful to watch the flocks of birds floating on the updrafts across the horizon. Progress is happening!
